Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide. Shipping is free on every order, with nothing added at checkout.

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery time
Typical delivery is 5 to 10 days from dispatch.

Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse, so you can follow it every step of the way.

Delays
All delivery times are estimates. Parcels can occasionally be delayed by the carrier, by customs or during peak periods. These delays are outside our control, but we will always help you track your order.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If something is wrong, email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will correct it before dispatch.
